Your Questions, Answered

How much does Bliink cost?

A small service fee on each booking, which varies by what is being arranged and is shown before you confirm. That is the whole commercial model. No subscription, no contract, no minimum spend, and nothing to pay in the months you do not travel. The price of the travel is the price of the travel.

Is there a subscription or a contract?

No. Nothing to sign and nothing to commit to. You are not buying a licence, a seat count or an annual plan, so there is no renewal conversation and no term to escape. If the service stops being worth the fee, you stop sending requests. That is the correct incentive for us to carry.

Is the Bliink platform free?

Yes. Bliink Hub, where you request trips, apply policy, approve travel and track spend, is free for every company from day one. Think of the software that comes with a new laptop: it comes with the service. We only earn a small service fee on the bookings we arrange, so we do well when your trips go well.

Does the fee change depending on how many trips we book?

No. The fee depends on what is booked, not on how many trips you book, whether that is one journey a month or fifty. There is no volume tier to negotiate into and no penalty for a quiet quarter. Companies growing into heavy travel pay proportionally, and companies whose travel is seasonal pay only in the seasons they travel.

What is included in the fee?

The arranging. Reading the request, applying your policy, routing the approval, comparing options, booking, reconfirming, and supporting the traveller through the journey. There is no separate charge for speaking to a person or for the reporting your finance team receives. A change to a confirmed booking is arranged as a new trip and carries the trip fee.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. There is no implementation fee, no configuration charge and no professional services line. Setting your company up is a conversation about your policy and your travellers, and we do not bill for the conversation. The first cost you incur is the fee on your first booked trip.

How does Bliink make money on a fee that small?

On volume and supplier economics rather than on marking up your trips. We earn across the journeys we arrange for many companies, and we book on corporate rates negotiated at that scale. The model only works if companies keep sending requests, which is why the service is built to be kept rather than sold.

Is it cheaper than booking directly on a travel website?

Usually, and not always. We book on corporate rates that are frequently below the public fare, which for most trips more than covers the service fee. On a cheap domestic hop booked well in advance the difference can be marginal. The larger saving is almost never the fare. It is the hours.

What does managing travel in house actually cost?

Planning and booking a single trip yourself typically takes between forty five minutes and three hours. Multiply that by your monthly trip count and by the salary of whoever is doing it, and the arithmetic usually surprises people. The calculator on this page runs that sum with your own numbers.

How do we pay?

Payment terms are agreed when your company is set up, and arranged so travellers are not putting company flights on personal cards and claiming them back weeks later. Charges are itemised in real time, so finance sees spend as it happens rather than at month end when the receipts finally arrive.

Are there change or cancellation fees?

Yes. Airlines and hotels set their own change and cancellation charges, and those vary by fare type and rate. A change is also handled as a fresh arrangement, so the per trip service fee applies again. We tell you both costs before you commit, and we look for the cheaper route where one exists.

Can we see what we are spending in real time?

Yes, in the Bliink app, and both sides see it. Travellers see their own spend as it happens, so they know where they stand before they book rather than after. Admins see the whole company, itemised by person, category and trip, without waiting for expense claims to be filed and reconciled.

Will we get documentation our finance team can file?

Yes. Bookings come with itemised documentation suitable for your accounts and your tax filing, including the invoicing an Indonesian entity needs for value added tax purposes. If your finance team needs a particular format or a particular field, tell us during setup and we will match it.

Is there a minimum company size?

No. There is no seat minimum, no floor on spend, and no size below which we are not interested. A company taking four trips a month is a perfectly good client, and a per-booking fee means we do not need it to be otherwise. Most of our clients started smaller than they are now.

Is there free travel management software for small businesses?

Yes. Bliink Hub is a free travel management platform for companies of any size, including small businesses. There is no subscription, seat fee or minimum spend. You only pay a small service fee on each booking Bliink arranges, which varies by what is booked.

Can we see the platform before signing up?

Yes. The live Bliink Hub demo shows requests, policy checks, approvals and spend with sample data, and needs no signup. When you are ready, create an account. There is nothing to sign, and you only pay the small service fee on bookings we arrange.
