Your Questions, Answered

If I change one part of my trip, does everything else update too?

Yes. A flight change that leaves a hotel night unused, for example, is flagged so you can extend or release it, rather than being left as a separate loose end.

Do I need to re-explain my trip when something changes?

No. The existing booking, your preferences and the reason you are travelling all carry forward, so a change request only needs the new detail.

Are change fees checked before I commit?

Yes. Change fees against policy and any fare difference and budget impact are checked before the change is confirmed.

Does a change need re-approval?

Where your company’s rules require it, yes. Re-approval is requested only when the change actually needs it.

How do I request a change?

Send a message saying what changed, for example a new date or a flight you would rather move. We work out what else that affects and confirm it with you.
