Because journeys don’t keep office hours.

Your Questions, Answered

What happens if I am unwell or need medical help while travelling?

Tell us and we help coordinate it, from finding the nearest medical assistance to explaining next steps clearly and checking in with you afterward.

Is support available outside office hours?

Yes. A real person is reachable outside office hours, because journeys do not keep office hours either.

Does Bliink know my emergency contact if something happens?

Yes, when it is on file. Who is travelling, where, and the emergency contact for that journey are things we already have, so we are not asking for them in the middle of a difficult moment.

Who at my company is told if something happens on the road?

Whoever needs to know, based on what you and your company have set up in advance. Coordinating that is part of what we help with.

Does Bliink account for destination-specific risks?

Yes. Destination-specific risks are part of what is considered when a journey is arranged and when we support a traveller who needs help on the road.
