Version 1.0 · Effective 1 September 2026
Effective date: 1 September 2026
Version: 1.0
1.1 These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Booking Terms") govern the arrangement of travel and travel-related products and services by:
(a) PT Bliink Global Travel (NIB 1607250028313), a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia with its registered office at Atria Sudirman, 23rd Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 33, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat 10220, Indonesia, holding Business Identification Number 1607250028313 carrying KBLI 79111 (aktivitas agen perjalanan wisata) ("Bliink Indonesia"), which arranges, books and services travel as disclosed agent for suppliers; and
(b) Bliink Private Limited (UEN 202502822D), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at Block 216 Serangoon Avenue 4, #15-76, Singapore 550216 ("Bliink Singapore"), which provides the Bliink platform, applications and AI Concierge and contracts for those services,
each a "Bliink Entity" and together "Bliink", "we", "us" or "our".
1.1A Division of roles. The regulated activity of arranging travel is performed by Bliink Indonesia. Bliink Singapore provides technology and does not itself arrange travel, and does not hold a licence under the Singapore Travel Agents Act 1975. Where these Booking Terms describe the arrangement, booking, amendment, cancellation or refund of travel, the obligations are those of Bliink Indonesia.
1.2 Which entity you contract with. The contracting Bliink Entity is the entity identified in your Service Order, account registration or invoice. In the absence of any such identification, travel arrangement is contracted with Bliink Indonesia and platform access is contracted with Bliink Singapore.
1.3 "You" means the person making or requesting a booking and, where a booking is made under a corporate travel programme, the organisation on whose behalf it is made (the "Customer"). Where these Booking Terms impose an obligation on you, the Customer and the individual traveller are each responsible for it, jointly and severally.
1.4 Order of precedence. If there is any conflict between these Booking Terms and a signed Master Services Agreement or Service Order between Bliink and the Customer, the Master Services Agreement or Service Order prevails. These Booking Terms prevail over the Website Terms of Use in respect of bookings.
2.1 By requesting or making a booking, by using the Concierge, or by accepting a quotation, you accept these Booking Terms and the terms and conditions of each relevant supplier.
2.2 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and — where you are booking for others — that you are authorised to accept these Booking Terms on their behalf and have brought them to their attention.
3.1 Bliink acts as an agent for the suppliers of travel services. Our obligation to you is to arrange bookings, and to do so with reasonable care and skill. We are not ourselves a provider of transport, accommodation or other travel services.
3.2 When we make a booking, we bring into existence a contract between you and the supplier — the airline, hotel, rail or ferry operator, car rental or ground transport company, cruise line, tour or activity operator, insurer or other provider ("Supplier"). We are not a party to that contract.
3.3 Every booking is subject to the Supplier's own terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage, fare rules, rate rules, cancellation and amendment policies, baggage rules, and limitations and exclusions of liability. Those terms may substantially limit or exclude the Supplier's liability to you. Copies are available from the Supplier and, on request, from us.
3.4 We select Suppliers with reasonable care, but we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the acts, omissions, standards, quality, safety, solvency or performance of any Supplier.
3.5 Your rights in respect of the travel services themselves are against the Supplier, not against Bliink. If a Supplier fails to provide the services you have contracted for — including as a result of the Supplier's insolvency, cancellation, delay, overbooking, denied boarding, downgrade, service failure or any other reason — your remedy is against that Supplier. Subject to clause 13.7, Bliink is not liable for that failure.
3.6 What we will do if a Supplier fails. Although we are not liable for a Supplier's failure, as part of the Services we will, at no additional service fee: (a) use reasonable endeavours to obtain a re-booking, re-accommodation or alternative arrangement; (b) pursue any refund or compensation due from the Supplier on your behalf; and (c) provide support through the Concierge during the disruption. Any fare, rate or other difference, and any cost of alternative arrangements, remains payable by you.
3.7 Where we act as principal. In limited cases we may sell a product as principal — for example where we assemble and sell a package under our own name. Where we do, we will tell you clearly in writing before you book, and the terms applicable to that product will be provided to you separately. In the absence of an express statement that we are contracting as principal, we act as agent.
4.1 Requests are not bookings. A request made through the Concierge, by email or by telephone is an instruction to us to seek a booking. It does not create a contract with a Supplier.
4.2 Quotations are indicative. Prices, fares, rates and availability quoted are indicative only, are subject to change and withdrawal without notice, and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and, where required, paid in full and ticketed.
4.3 Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation containing a Supplier booking reference, ticket number or voucher. An automated acknowledgement of your request is not a confirmation.
4.4 AI-assisted recommendations. Our Concierge uses artificial intelligence to interpret requests, apply your travel policy and rank options. Recommendations, fare rules, visa and entry guidance, and other information generated by the Concierge are provided for convenience and may contain errors. They are authoritative only when confirmed by the relevant Supplier or by a Bliink consultant in writing. You must check every confirmation on receipt.
4.5 Errors. Prices and availability are supplied by Suppliers and distribution systems. Where an obvious error occurs — including a manifest pricing error, a system fault or a Supplier's mis-filed fare — we may correct it, and we or the Supplier may decline or cancel the booking, in which case we will refund all amounts you have paid in respect of that booking. This is your sole remedy in respect of such an error.
4.6 Check your details immediately. You must review every confirmation, ticket, voucher and travel document immediately on receipt and tell us within 24 hours of any error, and in any event before travel. Names on airline tickets must exactly match the traveller's passport. Corrections after issue may not be possible, and where possible may attract a Supplier reissue fee and a fare difference, both payable by you.
5.1 "Travel Documents" means tickets, e-tickets, vouchers, itineraries, confirmations and any other document evidencing an entitlement to travel or services, in any format.
5.2 Travel Documents are issued subject to the Supplier's conditions. They are frequently non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, and may attract amendment or cancellation fees.
5.3 Travel Documents are personal to the named traveller and may not be transferred to another person.
5.4 We deliver Travel Documents electronically to the email address or Platform account you nominate, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for retaining and, where required, printing them, and for ensuring the nominated address is correct and monitored.
6.1 These are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that each traveller holds a valid passport, and all visas, transit visas, permits, entry authorisations, re-entry permits and health documentation required by every country on the itinerary, including countries of transit.
6.2 Many countries require a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of intended departure, blank visa pages, and machine-readable or biometric format. Requirements differ by nationality, by route and by the specific circumstances of the traveller.
6.3 Tell us the nationality on the passport. Entry, transit and visa requirements depend on the nationality shown in the traveller's passport. You must give us that nationality for every traveller at the time of booking, and tell us if a traveller holds more than one nationality or will travel on a different passport from the one on their profile. We do not assume a nationality, and we cannot check requirements we have not been told about.
6.4 Information we give you is general. Any passport, visa, entry, transit, customs, health or vaccination information provided by us or by the Concierge is general in nature, may change without notice and is not advice on your specific circumstances. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. You must verify requirements directly with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government source before travel. Where we refer you to a third-party visa service, that service contracts with you directly and we are not responsible for it.
6.5 Health. You are responsible for identifying and complying with health requirements, including vaccinations, prophylaxis and certificates (for example proof of yellow fever vaccination). We recommend consulting a doctor or travel medicine clinic well in advance of travel.
6.6 Travel advisories. We recommend checking official travel advisories before travel, including the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.mfa.gov.sg) and the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (kemlu.go.id), and registering travel plans where such a facility is offered.
6.7 Consequences of non-compliance. If a traveller is refused boarding, refused entry, deported, fined or otherwise penalised because of a failure to hold correct documentation or to meet entry or health requirements, that is your responsibility. You are liable for all resulting costs, fines and penalties, and for any fine or charge levied on Bliink or on a Supplier as a result, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these Booking Terms.
7.1 Baggage allowances, excess baggage charges and restricted-item rules are set by each Supplier and vary by route, fare and cabin. You are responsible for checking them.
7.2 Special requirements — including meals, seating, accessibility, mobility assistance, medical equipment, and room type — must be notified to us at the time of booking. We will pass them to the Supplier, but we cannot guarantee that a Supplier will meet them. Unless a Supplier confirms a special requirement in writing, treat it as a request only. Some requirements attract a charge.
7.3 Loyalty programme numbers will be added to bookings where you supply them, but crediting of points, miles or status is entirely at the Supplier's discretion and subject to its programme rules. We do not guarantee accrual and are not liable for a Supplier's failure to credit.
8.1 Bliink service fees. Our fees are set out in your Service Order or, absent a Service Order, in the fee schedule notified to you before booking. Fees may include transaction fees, amendment fees, cancellation-processing fees, after-hours fees, offline-assistance fees, refund-processing fees, and a platform or subscription fee.
8.2 Service fees are earned when the service is performed and are non-refundable, including where a booking is subsequently cancelled, changed or unused, and including where a refund is obtained from a Supplier.
8.3 Supplier charges. In addition to our fees, Supplier fares, rates, taxes, surcharges, ancillary charges, amendment fees and cancellation fees apply, as determined by the Supplier.
8.4 Mark-up and remuneration. Bliink may receive remuneration from Suppliers in the form of commission, over-ride, incentive, marketing support or similar, and may apply a mark-up to net rates. Where remuneration or mark-up is applied, this is disclosed in accordance with your Service Order. Any such remuneration is retained by Bliink and is not held for your account.
8.5 Taxes. All amounts are exclusive of goods and services tax, value added tax, Pajak Pertambahan Nilai and any similar tax, which is added at the applicable rate. Airline and airport taxes are set by Suppliers and authorities, may change until the point of ticketing, and are confirmed at ticket issue. Local taxes and levies may be payable directly at destination.
8.6 Currency and exchange. Where a booking is made in a currency other than your billing currency, conversion is at the rate applied by us, the Supplier or the card scheme at the time of processing. Exchange-rate movements between quotation, booking and settlement are for your account. Card issuers may apply their own foreign transaction fees.
9.1 Payment method. Payment is by the method set out in your Service Order. The available methods are: (a) payment card at the time of booking; (b) a lodged or virtual card; (c) direct settlement with the Supplier; and (d) where credit has been approved under clause 10, invoice on credit terms.
9.2 Payment card. By providing card details you authorise us to charge that card for all fares, rates, taxes, fees and charges relating to your bookings, and for any subsequent amendment, cancellation or no-show charge. A card processing surcharge may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm. If a card issuer declines or reverses payment, you must pay the full amount immediately on demand.
9.3 Fraudulent use. You indemnify us against all losses, costs and liabilities we incur as a result of the fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment card or payment instrument supplied to us by you or by a person purporting to act for you, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
9.4 Monies not held on trust. All amounts paid by you to Bliink become the property of the relevant Bliink Entity and constitute a debt owed by us to the relevant Supplier once the services are provided. Save where a Supplier's rules require otherwise (including certain IATA airline settlement arrangements), those amounts are not held on trust for you, and may be held in any account, including an account commingled with amounts received from other customers, to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of our travel agent licences.
9.5 No set-off. You must pay all amounts due in full without set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding, except any deduction or withholding required by law. Where a withholding is required, you must gross up the payment so that we receive the amount we would have received had no withholding applied.
This clause 10 applies only where the Customer has been approved for credit.
10.1 Credit application. Credit is available only following a written credit application and our approval. We may require financial statements, trade references, a bank reference, a director's or parent company guarantee, or a deposit or security as a condition of approval.
10.2 Credit limit and terms. We will notify the Customer of its credit limit and payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date.
10.3 Ongoing assessment. We may review, reduce, suspend or withdraw credit at any time, with immediate effect, where we reasonably consider that the Customer's creditworthiness has deteriorated, where amounts are overdue, where the credit limit is exceeded, or where an insolvency event occurs or is threatened. We will notify the Customer promptly.
10.4 Consequences of non-payment. Where an invoice is overdue we may, without limiting our other rights: (a) charge interest on the overdue amount at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, accruing daily from the due date until payment; (b) suspend the provision of Services, including the ability to make new bookings; (c) cancel unticketed or unfulfilled bookings; (d) require payment in cleared funds in advance; and (e) recover all reasonable costs of collection, including legal costs on an indemnity basis and collection agency fees.
10.5 Set-off in our favour. We may set off any amount owed by the Customer against any amount we owe the Customer, including refunds received from Suppliers.
10.6 Disputed invoices. The Customer must notify us of any disputed invoice item within 14 days of the invoice date, giving reasons. Undisputed amounts remain payable on the due date.
10.7 Credit reporting. The Customer authorises us to obtain credit information about it from credit reference agencies and trade references, and to disclose payment performance information to those agencies, in each case in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
11.1 Supplier rules govern. Whether a booking may be changed or cancelled, and on what terms, is determined by the Supplier's fare or rate rules. Many bookings are wholly non-refundable and non-changeable from the moment they are confirmed. Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the amount paid, and may apply whether or not travel has commenced.
11.2 How to change or cancel. All change and cancellation requests must be made through the Concierge or another channel we designate. A request made directly to a Supplier may not be recognised by us and may prejudice your ability to obtain a refund. Failure to cancel is not a cancellation — a no-show is generally charged in full.
11.3 Our charges. Our amendment and cancellation-processing fees are payable in addition to any Supplier charge, and are payable even where the Supplier makes no charge.
11.4 Refunds. Where a refund is due from a Supplier:
(a) we will apply for it on your behalf and pursue it with reasonable diligence;
(b) we will pay it to you only when and to the extent we have received the corresponding funds from the Supplier;
(c) we will pay it to the original payment method or, for credit customers, by credit note or bank transfer;
(d) Supplier refunds routinely take 8 to 16 weeks and sometimes longer, and the timing is outside our control; and
(e) our refund-processing fee and any service fee already earned are deducted from, or invoiced separately in addition to, the refund.
11.5 Indemnity for Supplier charges. You indemnify us against all Supplier cancellation, amendment, reissue and no-show charges incurred as a result of a change or cancellation made by you or on your instruction.
11.6 Involuntary changes. Where a Supplier changes a schedule, cancels a service or reprotects a traveller, we will notify you as soon as we are aware and assist you in exercising your rights against the Supplier. Any compensation, refund or reaccommodation entitlement arises under the Supplier's terms and applicable passenger rights regulations, and is a matter between you and the Supplier.
11.7 Unused tickets. Where a ticket is unused or partly used, residual value, if any, is determined by the Supplier's fare rules. We will advise on and administer residual value where the Supplier permits.
12.1 We strongly recommend that every traveller is covered by comprehensive travel insurance for the whole of the journey, including cover for cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and repatriation, personal accident, baggage, personal liability, and any activity or destination-specific risk.
12.2 Bliink does not provide travel insurance and, unless we tell you otherwise in writing, does not act as an insurance intermediary. Where we introduce you to an insurer or arrange a policy at your request, the insurance contract is between you and the insurer, and you must read the policy documentation, including the product disclosure statement and any exclusions, before purchase. Bliink does not currently earn commission or any other remuneration on travel insurance. If that changes, this clause must be revised and the relevant authorisation disclosed, because distributing insurance for reward is a regulated activity requiring authorisation from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in Indonesia.
12.3 If you choose to travel without insurance, you accept the financial consequences of doing so.
13.1 What we are responsible for. We are responsible for arranging bookings with reasonable care and skill in accordance with these Booking Terms. We are liable for loss or damage caused by our own negligence or breach of these Booking Terms, subject to the limits in this clause 13.
13.2 What we are not responsible for. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, additional expense or inconvenience arising from or in connection with:
(a) the act, omission, default, negligence, insolvency or failure of any Supplier or of any other third party;
(b) the standard, quality, safety or suitability of any travel service supplied by a Supplier;
(c) any event beyond our reasonable control, as described in clause 14;
(d) the accuracy or completeness of information supplied to us by a Supplier, a distribution system, a government source or a third-party data provider, including fares, availability, schedules, ratings, images, descriptions, entry requirements and advisories;
(e) any output of the Concierge that has not been confirmed by a Supplier or by a Bliink consultant in writing;
(f) your failure, or a traveller's failure, to comply with clause 6 (passports, visas, entry requirements and health), clause 4.6 (checking documents) or clause 11.2 (making cancellations through us); or
(g) any loss arising from a decision made by the Customer's own approver, policy configuration or travel programme design.
13.3 International conventions. Where a Supplier's liability is limited by an international convention, our liability (if any) in respect of the same subject matter is limited to the same extent. Relevant conventions include the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions (carriage by air), the Athens Convention (carriage by sea), the Berne Convention/COTIF (carriage by rail) and the Paris Convention (hotel-keepers' liability).
13.4 Excluded loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of contract, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, in each case however arising and whether or not foreseeable.
13.5 Cap on liability. Subject to clause 13.7, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with all bookings and Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise, is limited to the greater of:
(a) the total service fees paid by you to the relevant Bliink Entity in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
(b) SGD 10,000 / IDR 120,000,000.
13.6 Per-booking sub-cap. In respect of any single booking, our liability is in any event limited to the Bliink service fee charged for that booking.
13.7 What we do not exclude. Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 of Singapore, and under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection of Indonesia; or (d) breach of our data protection obligations to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be limited.
13.8 Indonesian standard-clause compliance. Where and to the extent that Article 18 of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection applies to a transaction, any provision of these Booking Terms that would be prohibited by that Article does not apply to that transaction, and the remainder of these Booking Terms continues in effect.
13.9 Your indemnity. You indemnify us against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) your breach of these Booking Terms; (b) any Supplier charge incurred on your instruction; (c) any fine or penalty imposed on us because of a traveller's non-compliance with entry, immigration, customs or health requirements; and (d) any claim by a traveller arising from your failure to bring these Booking Terms to their attention.
14.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including: act of God, natural disaster, earthquake, flood, volcanic activity, extreme weather; epidemic or pandemic and any government measure taken in response; war, invasion, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, riot; strike, industrial action or labour dispute (including of a Supplier); airport, airspace or port closure; air traffic control restriction; fire, explosion; failure of public or private telecommunications, internet or utility networks; cyber attack; sanctions; and any act, order, restriction or requirement of any government or authority.
14.2 Where such an event occurs, we will use reasonable endeavours to assist you in making alternative arrangements. Any Supplier charge, fare or rate difference and cost of alternative arrangements remains payable by you, and our service fees remain payable.
15.1 You must not use the Services to arrange travel that would breach applicable sanctions, export control, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery or anti-terrorism laws.
15.2 We may refuse, suspend or cancel any booking, and terminate the provision of Services, where we reasonably believe that proceeding would breach any such law or expose us to sanctions risk. We are not liable for any loss arising from such a refusal, suspension or cancellation, and any Supplier charge remains payable by you.
16.1 Where the Customer has enabled traveller-tracking and duty-of-care functionality, we process itinerary-derived location data so that the Customer can locate and assist travellers during a disruption or emergency. See our Privacy Policy.
16.2 We may contact a traveller directly, and may disclose itinerary information to the Customer, emergency services, insurers, assistance providers and authorities, where we reasonably believe it necessary to protect the traveller's or another person's vital interests.
16.3 Nothing in this clause makes Bliink responsible for the safety or security of any traveller, or for the provision of emergency medical, security or evacuation services.
17.1 Raise it during travel. If a problem arises during travel, tell the Supplier at the time and give them the opportunity to resolve it, and tell us through the Concierge. The Concierge is our operational support channel and is available through the Platform and the messaging channels we make available to you. Failure to raise the problem at the time may prejudice your ability to obtain a remedy from the Supplier.
17.2 After travel. Send written complaints to complaints@bliink.sg within 30 days of the end of the relevant travel, with the booking reference and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.
17.3 Claims against Suppliers. Where the complaint concerns a Supplier's performance, we will assist you in pursuing it with the Supplier. That assistance is not an assumption of liability.
17.4 Time limit. Subject to clause 13.7 and to any longer period required by law, no claim may be brought against Bliink more than 12 months after the date on which the claim arose.
18.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at ../privacy/, which forms part of these Booking Terms.
18.2 You acknowledge that arranging international travel requires the disclosure of personal data to Suppliers, distribution systems, service providers and government authorities in the countries travelled to and through, and that some of those countries do not provide a level of data protection comparable to Singapore or Indonesia. Suppliers and authorities process that data on their own account and under their own laws. We cannot ensure that an overseas recipient will comply with Singapore or Indonesian data protection law, and we are not accountable for their handling of personal data.
18.3 Where the Customer discloses traveller personal data to us, the Customer confirms that it has a lawful basis for doing so and has notified the travellers as required by applicable law.
19.1 We may suspend or terminate the provision of Services and cancel unfulfilled bookings, immediately and on written notice, where: (a) an amount is overdue; (b) you materially breach these Booking Terms and, if the breach is capable of remedy, fail to remedy it within 10 business days of notice; (c) an insolvency event occurs in relation to you; or (d) clause 15 applies.
19.2 Termination does not affect accrued rights, and clauses 8, 9, 11.5, 13, 17.4, 18, 20, 21 and 22 survive.
20.1 Entire agreement. These Booking Terms, together with any Service Order, Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bliink in respect of the arrangement of travel, and supersede all prior representations, save that nothing excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
20.2 Variation. We may vary these Booking Terms by publishing an updated version at ../booking-terms/. A variation applies to bookings requested after the effective date of the variation, and does not retrospectively affect a confirmed booking. Where a variation is material and the Customer has a Service Order, we will give the Customer at least 30 days' notice.
20.3 Severance. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
20.4 No waiver. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
20.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign or novate to a member of the Bliink group or to a purchaser of the business.
20.6 Third party rights. A person who is not a party to these Booking Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of its terms, except that each Bliink Entity, and our directors, officers, employees and agents, may enforce clauses 13 and 14.
20.7 Notices. Notices to us must be sent to legal@bliink.sg and, for formal notices, by courier to the registered address of the contracting Bliink Entity. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account.
20.8 Language. These Booking Terms are published in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Simplified Chinese. The English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency, save that where Law No. 24 of 2009 of Indonesia requires the Bahasa Indonesia text to govern in respect of an agreement with an Indonesian party, the Bahasa Indonesia version governs to the extent of that requirement.
21.1 These Booking Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including any non-contractual dispute or claim), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
21.2 Nothing in clause 21.1 displaces any provision of Indonesian law that applies mandatorily to a transaction with an Indonesian party or to the processing of Indonesian personal data.
22.1 Negotiation first. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation between senior representatives, within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
22.2 Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Booking Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, which is not resolved under clause 22.1 shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause.
22.3 The seat of the arbitration is Singapore. The tribunal consists of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration is English.
22.4 Interim relief. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
22.5 Debt recovery carve-out. Notwithstanding clause 22.2, we may bring proceedings for the recovery of undisputed amounts due in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the courts of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
